We were neighbors to the Waters and McGrady family. I shall always remember her beautiful smile whenever I would see her in church, in a store or just passing her house, I would sound my horn and wave. Such a loving, friendly and warm hearted lady. Indeed, she shall be missed. May knowing that others care help to ease the pain of grief. Remember this ..." weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning"
