Paul and I go back to the very beginning in the Westward. Never remember him having a bad day or or having differences with anyone. We worked together at the City of West Palm Beach,we played basketball behind Westward Elementary, and at Gaines Park.I always had the utmost respect for him because he always presented himself as a gentleman with explicable character.
