Miss Joyce, a lady of class and poise. I always enjoyed visiting her and my Grand-Dad and thoroughly loved when they came to visit us in Canada, even as a kid. Boy can she cook! She taught me how to make 'bake' and I still make it to this day, mainly for those special occasions. She was so well loved and will always be remembered.
