I had the pleasure of being Oneal’s teacher when he was in 6th grade at Okeeheelee Middle. I’ll always remember him as being tall and sweet, and respectful. He liked when I played guitar for the class. His favorite song was “Flume” by Bon Iver which was an usual song for a teen to like. But Oneal found beauty in it, which I think says a lot about his uniqueness. He was a special young with much potential who is gone too soon.
