Vicky I’m still trying to accept that you’re no longer here in the physical. I had the pleasure of befriending Vicky while I worked at DOT 15 years ago & we hit it off from the very 1st day . My heart felt sympathy to her children, grandchildren, mother & husband. I can’t imagine the pain that you’re dealing with I think of her beautiful face every day . Rest on my beautiful sister /friend I love you🙏🏾
