Kevin Robert Valitalo was born on Oct. 18, 1969 to Matti Valitalo and Elaine (Salo) Valitalo in North York, Ontario, Canada. His family moved to Lake Worth Florida in 1988 and this became his residence of choice.

Kevin received his formal education in Durham County at Dumbarton High School in Pickering, Ontario, Canada. He excelled in competitive swimming at the Pickering Swim Club and won many first place trophies in many swim team events. He was proficient in mechanics and his chosen field of Concrete construction. He started work when he was eighteen years old on the very first laser screed in Florida. He worked in concrete and Quality Control for 35 years. He always did a super flat floor and was in demand as he knew every aspect of his field and mastered them all. He achieved #1 in the Nation.

Kevin was a child of God and saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. He was a childhood Christian and attended the Apostolic Lutheran Church.

Kevin was married to Dawna (Hill) Valitalo on July 27, 1991 In the Apostolic Lutheran Church in New Ipswich, New Hampshire. They had four children: Waylon, Trent, Dylan and Chase.
