❤️ Paul and I go back to the very beginning in the Westward. Never remember him having a bad day or or having differences with anyone. We worked together at the City of West Palm Beach, we played basketball behind Westward Elementary, and at Gaines Park. I always had the utmost respect for him because he always presented himself as a gentleman with explicable character. I extend my deepest sympathy to the family and will remember you in my prayers.
